Our goods and your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). [If you are not registered for GST nothing more is needed. If you register later, state that prices include GST.]
• The total price, including shipping, is shown before you pay.
• An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.
• Photos are a guide. Wool felt is a natural material, so colour, texture and size can vary slightly from item to item.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Use of the site and intellectual property

Photos, text, logos and designs on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Product care and use

Sauna hats are designed for use in saunas. Take care in high heat, stay hydrated, and follow the sauna operator’s safety guidance. Our products are not medical devices and we make no medical claims.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law
